FEMEMOD informa\u00a0<\/strong>que ha sido notificada por la Confederaci\u00f3n Argentina de Motociclismo Deportivo, CAMOD, como la \u00fanica entidad reconocida por la Confederaci\u00f3n en la Provincia de Mendoza. Por lo tanto, en todo el territorio de la provincia esta Federaci\u00f3n ostenta el Poder Deportivo sobre todas las actividades del Motociclismo, otorgada por la “entidad madre” CAMOD, FIM y FIM Latinoam\u00e9rica, habilitando a FEMEMOD a la fiscalizaci\u00f3n de dichas competencias.<\/p>\n

A continuaci\u00f3n transcribimos la nota de CAMOD con dicha resoluci\u00f3n y enviada a Curva 1 por Eduardo Cardozo<\/span>, Presidente de FEMEMOD.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

De nuestra consideraci\u00f3n:<\/em><\/p>\n

Nos dirigimos a Ud. para informarle que\u00a0a partir del 1ro. de enero de 2015<\/strong>,\u00a0Fememod es la \u00fanica entidad reconocida por esta Confederaci\u00f3n el a Provincia de Mendoza<\/strong>. Por consiguiente\u00a0se le transfiere el poder deportivo<\/strong>\u00a0sobre el motociclismo deportivo que ostenta Camod<\/strong>, otorgado por la Federaci\u00f3n\u00a0Internacional\u00a0de Motocilismo\u00a0(FIM) y FIM Latinoam\u00e9rica<\/strong>, para ser aplicado en\u00a0forma exclusiva dentro del Territorio de la Provincia de Mendoza, ajust\u00e1ndose a las normas\u00a0establecidas\u00a0en el C\u00f3digo Deportivo, C\u00f3digo de\u00a0Disciplina\u00a0y Arbitraje y reglamentaciones internas de CAMOD.<\/em><\/p>\n

Nota<\/em><\/strong>: queda sin efecto la nota de CAMOD de fecha 01 de octubre de 2013.
