Fue el 6 de febrero de 1949 cuando el &#8220;Aguilucho&#8221; consigui\u00f3 vencer con un Alfa Romeo de preguerra a los &#8220;ases&#8221; internacionales, bajo una torrencial lluvia, en los bosques de Palermo.<\/p>\n<p>Revisar el calendario y encontrar la fecha del<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>6 de febrero<\/b>\u00a0destaca uno de los<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>\u00edconos<\/b><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>m\u00e1s importantes para el<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>automovilismo argentino<\/b>. Ese d\u00eda fue el de la consagraci\u00f3n de los pilotos argentinos, al alcanzar la primera victoria sobre los ases europeos de entonces, de<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>Coches Especiales<\/b>, los predecesores de la<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>F\u00f3rmula 1<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><b>Oscar Alfredo G\u00e1lvez<\/b><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>fue el hombre que pudo vencerlos, con condiciones de tiempo adversa, como lo fue correr toda la prueba bajo la torrencial lluvia que no impidi\u00f3 que miles de fan\u00e1ticos se ubicaran en los l\u00edmites de la pista de<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>4865 metros<\/b>, diagramada en los<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>bosques de Palermo<\/b><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>y alentaran al &#8220;<b>Aguilucho<\/b>&#8221; durante el desarrollo de las<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>30 vueltas<\/b>que demand\u00f3 la prueba.<\/p>\n<p>A bordo de un<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>Alfa Romeo 8C 308<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b>(3800cm\u00b3 sin compresor), el piloto argentino mantuvo un ritmo en carrera interesante, rodando durante varios giros junto a<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>Jos\u00e9 Farina<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b>(Ferrari), hasta que este se detuvo sobre mitad de la competencia tras golpear contra un cord\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Previo a ello, tambi\u00e9n hab\u00eda abandonado<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>Luigi Villoresi<\/b>, con una v\u00e1lvula rota que da\u00f1\u00f3 el motor de la Ferrari cuando era l\u00edder. Esto le permiti\u00f3 a<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>Alberto Ascari<\/b><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>y al propio<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>Farina<\/b>pelear directamente por la victoria, alternando la primera posici\u00f3n, y con<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>G\u00e1lvez<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b>girando a una distancia prudencial.<\/p>\n<p>Tras el retiro del primer<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>campe\u00f3n mundial<\/b><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>de F\u00f3rmula 1 (<b>Farina<\/b>),<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>Ascari<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b>rueda con el argentino m\u00e1s cerca, y empiezan a acortarse las diferencias cuando se produce el<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>\u00faltimo golpe de escena<\/b>:<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>G\u00e1lvez<\/b><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>consigue igualar la marcha del italiano y llega a la<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>primera posici\u00f3n<\/b>, a<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>cinco vueltas<\/b><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>del ep\u00edlogo.<\/p>\n<p>La puja dura poco, porque a la Maserati de<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>Ascari<\/b><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>se le suelta el ca\u00f1o de escape, y adem\u00e1s tiene un principio de incendio, debiendo abandonar. Es la<b><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>apoteosis<\/b><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>en el circuito palermitano, porque regulando su marcha y con una diferencia de dos vueltas sobre su &#8220;inmediato&#8221; escolta,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>Juan Manuel Fangio<\/b><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>(Maserati),<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>Oscar G\u00e1lvez<\/b><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>consigue vencer y abrir el camino que luego el &#8220;Chueco&#8221; consolid\u00f3 en el mundo con los<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>cinco t\u00edtulos<\/b><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>de F-1.<\/p>\n<p>Por si fuera poco, el podio fue rioplatense, porque el tercer escal\u00f3n lo ocup\u00f3 el uruguayo<b>Eitel Cantoni<\/b>, conduciendo otra Maserati.<\/p>\n<p><b>6 de febrero de 1949<\/b>.
